Desativa o disk spindown com o sdparm?

Estou usando o controlador da unidade USB para que o hdparm não funcione totalmente para mim. Como posso desativar o spindown com o sdparm? (equivalente a -B 255, -S 0)

No entanto, não posso passar 0 para SCT (que é reivindicado como sendo -S equivalente). E ainda não sei sobre -B.
