Ok. Consegui. Meu provedor reativou o serviço dhcp do meu roteador. Depois de desabilitar tudo funciona corretamente!
Ontem eu configurei um servidor isc dhcp em um pi de framboesa junto com um servidor de bind dns.
Agora, o problema é que o servidor dhcp não distribui o servidor dns para os clientes, mas se eu especificar manualmente o servidor DNS local na configuração do meu computador Windows, tudo funcionará corretamente. By the way, todos os meus clientes recebem um endereço IPv4 do servidor dhcp.
