Problema de rede da classe Arch Linux

Eu tenho um problema a seguir. Eu instalei o Arch Linux em 17 computadores em uma sala, todos conectados a um switch Cisco. (Intel NUC5PPY, com SSD de 120 GB e 4 GB de RAM).

Quando eu inicio um computador, faço o login e o ping 8.8.8.8 ele geralmente funciona bem, mas quando eu ligo mais computadores, então o problema começa - o ping começa a ter uma grande perda de pacotes. Todo computador está em ethernet de 1000Mb / s, conectado via cabo (CAT5).

Nenhum erro (de rede) registrado, nenhum link de desconexão no dmesg.

Quando eu conecto qualquer outro computador (por exemplo, meu ThinkPad X240) a qualquer porta de switch, a Internet funciona sem problemas, sem perda de pacotes.
