Eu tentei inicializar os discos que tinham o sistema operacional que inicialmente estavam em um AlphaServer 1000 4/266 em um novo sistema Alpha Server 1000A 5/333. E quando eu tentei inicializar o vixix genérico, ele me deu a mensagem:

para superar isso, você pode copiar esses dois arquivos (VMUNIX & GENVMUNIX) de outro nó (estação de trabalho DEC alpha 1000A) eles são colocados na raiz, certifique-se que, deve ser o mesmo sistema operacional (meu problema) o.s. Unix ver 3.2c rev 148 obrigado
