Acho que elevei minha instalação em Python tentando mexer em ambientes virtuais quando não estava prestando atenção suficiente.
python3 --version
Python 2.7.6
Mas não sei como é esse o caso quando eu verifico a lixeira:

Isso está me deixando louco porque não posso usar o apt corretamente com isso acontecendo. Estou recebendo erros ASCII porque está usando o interpretador errado.
Eu tenho certeza que eu estraguei alguma coisa com pyvenv ou venv, mas não tenho certeza do que. Ajuda?
Ok, eu corri dpkg -C e comprei um pacote inteiro de pacotes parcialmente compilados. Principalmente pacotes python3 desde que tentei removê-lo e reinstalá-lo. Eu corri o dpkg --configure sobre eles e cheguei a um que deu esse erro:

Esse erro estava aparecendo antes, suponho, como está aparecendo quando tento instalar outros pacotes agora, mas está mais atrasado no rastreamento de pilha.

Tentei reinstalá-lo, recebi um erro e tentei configurá-lo com o dpkg:
