Para alterá-los, você precisa iniciar o nautilus a partir do terminal com sudo nautilus navegando até o arquivo /home/entrio/.config e alterar o proprietário clicando com o botão direito do mouse em ibus selecionando propriedades e clicando na guia permissões. Altere o proprietário para você e o grupo para você. Isso pode ser apenas o começo se você tiver conseguido alterar as permissões em algum momento!
