Problemas com os auscultadores Lenovo ThinkPad (tomada combo)

Bem ... Às vezes atrás eu comprei um laptop Lenovo ThinkPad E555 com o Windows pré-instalado. Eu removi o Windows e instalei o Linux Mint 17.3. E agora, o som através de fones de ouvido não funciona, apenas através de alto-falantes. Eu tentei diferentes tipos de fones de ouvido: da Apple e de outros produtores. O jaque combinado não funciona de qualquer maneira.

Em Configurações do sistema - > Som tenho apenas alto-falantes.

Eu consertei isso atualizando o BIOS do HTET35WW (1.07) para o HTET51WW (1.23).
