Sobre Dependências

Na ausência de conexão com a internet por enquanto, estou tentando usar o apt-offline. Quando eu executo a ordem no terminal eu recebo "ERRO: FATAL: Algo está errado com o sistema apt." Foi-me dito que este problema é provavelmente um problema de dependências.

Então eu executo o "apt-get -f install" e aparecem algumas dependências. Eu tentei instalar alguns deles para, então, poder usar o apt-offline.

Mas o problema é que parece que surgiram ainda mais dependências. Para a pergunta então:

Pergunta: Existe uma maneira de "matar" todas essas dependências? De alguma forma, talvez obter reed deles e ser capaz de usar o apt-offline?
