Konqueror: nenhum som com texto para fala

Question

Ontem de manhã, quando eu tinha o Konqueror aberto e apontando para um arquivo de texto. Clicando em Ferramentas , em seguida, clicando no menu suspenso SPeak Text ; me deu uma voz muito rápida / apressada. Agora fazendo os mesmos resultados sem voz.

(Eu tenho um hit que isso pode ter algo a ver com "D-Bus".)

Se o Jovie estiver instalado, você deverá ter o manual.

Se o Jovie estiver rodando, então a ação 'Fale o Texto' do Konqueror deve funcionar. Isto é - se o Speech Dispatcher está funcionando!

Se o Jovie não estiver rodando, então há uma mensagem de erro.

Para diagnosticar o Speech Dispatcher, inicie o spd-conf com a opção '-d':
