Erro ao inicializar o Kali-Linux

Quando estou tentando inicializar o Kali Linux a partir de um dispositivo USB, recebo este erro:

Instalei-o no meu dispositivo USB usando o USB Installer Universial e o Win32DiskImager. Nenhum deles funcionou.
