Eu pensei que talvez seja um bug. Eu pesquisei no Google, mas não encontrei nada. Eu decidi fazer o downgrade do pacote, mas isso não parece ser possível.

Agora estou realmente preocupado porque não consigo mais acessar o alvo do iSCSI. Como corrigir o problema ou fazer o downgrade do pacote para que eu possa acessar o iSCSI novamente?

Tendo exatamente o mesmo problema, encontrei a solução que estava instalando o módulo de análise py.
1) Eu instalaria easy_install

2) Obtenha o módulo de análise com easy_install py-parsing
Eu tive o mesmo problema. O problema pode estar na versão, por favor verifique a versão

Instale python-rtslib e tente novamente. Ele resolveu esse problema na minha máquina do CentOS 7.
