Como obter conexão com a Internet iniciando automaticamente, sem executar manualmente 'ethtool' toda vez

Sempre que o Linux é inicializado, eu tenho que usar manualmente os dois comandos abaixo para ter uma conexão de internet ativa.

ethtool -s eth0 autoneg off speed 100 duplex full

ifup eth0

Se eu executar ethtool eth0 imediatamente após a inicialização, ele descreve o problema como Link detected: no . link

A mesma máquina Linux recebe conexão com a Internet após a reinicialização, sem outros comandos suplementares, se eu mudar somente o cabo deste roteador, para minha conexão anterior com roteador DSL (outro ISP, mas mesmo usando o mesmo cabo ethernet para a máquina Linux ).

Estou procurando um método para que a conexão com a Internet seja iniciada automaticamente quando o Lubuntu inicializar.

Quando Lubuntu inicializa, aparecem esses erros:

Se você tiver alguma idéia de como isso poderia acontecer, eu lembrei que isso em discussão mesma máquina + mesmo SO (Linux sem configurações alteradas) + mesmo cabo Ethernet sempre "recebeu e manteve" a internet automaticamente (sem manual extra) comandos) de todos os 3 modelos diferentes de roteadores.

Todas as 3 conexões e roteadores eram do mesmo ISP, além desta conexão problemática e roteador.

Esta mensagem de erro em rc.local é um erro xrandr. O xrandr não funciona no rc.local. Então, porque rc.local está sendo executado com sh -e , ele sai no primeiro erro. Portanto, a linha ethtool nunca é executada.
