ssh não está ciente do nome do host do cliente?

Eu tenho dois servidores. Diga A e B.

Eu ssh-copy-id ed em ambos os servidores uns aos outros.

E eu posso conectar de A a B sem senha. Mas eu não consegui me conectar de B a A.

Descobri que o log de auditoria é diferente

B's log when connecting from A to B (success)
    ... (hostname=192.168.0.1, addr=192.168.0.1, terminal=sshd ref=success

A's log when connecting from B to A (failed)
    ... (hostname=?, addr=192.168.0.1, terminal=sshd ref=failed

Onde devo procurar?

A causa principal do meu problema é que o diretório base, o diretório .ssh e seus arquivos secundários no servidor de destino possuem permissões incorretas.

Descobri esse problema observando as mensagens nos arquivos de log em /var/log , como secure e audit/* .
