o que está errado? Eu instalei todos os arquivadores (unar, bsdtar, bzip2, ...)
Ou onde posso baixar a imagem manualmente?
Eu uso o Vagrant 1.4.3 no Ubuntu 14.10. o mesmo comando funciona em um amigo usando o arco e no debian wheezy também

Você precisa instalar uma versão mais recente do vagrant.
Eu tentei o vagrant 1.6.5 e funciona.
