No pacote hive_2_6_0_3_8-1.2.1000.2.6.0.3-8.noarch, o arquivo /usr/hdp/2.6.0.3-8/hive/conf é regular. Enquanto no seu sistema é um diretório. O cpio (e, portanto, o rpm) não pode converter o diretório em arquivo (e vice-versa). Apenas remova (ou mova) o diretório /usr/hdp/2.6.0.3-8/hive/conf e tente novamente.
