Não é possível atualizar o ubuntu 16

Após a execução do apt-get update, não consigo instalar nenhum pacote.

# dpkg --configure -a

Como uma mensagem de erro diz que você pode tentar reinstalar o aplicativo usando o comando abaixo

sudo apt-get  install --reinstall perl-modules-5.22
