Problemas com apt e aptidão em Jessie debian (ambiente chroot)

Eu tenho um debian os chroot rodando no meu telefone android, eu recentemente tentei instalar o InstaPy nele e encontrei os seguintes erros

Meu próximo passo foi instalar o aptitude , mas recebi um novo erro ao tentar usá-lo

como este é um ambiente chroot, não tenho sudo. Eu estava tentando preencher todas as dependências para instalar o InstaPy e adicionar o chrome usando este link
