Não é possível alterar as opções padrão da impressora através da interface da web do CUPS

Estou tentando instalar uma impressora Ricoh MP 9003 através da interface da Web do CUPS, localhost:631/admin . A política do meu departamento é que precisamos de um nome de usuário, senha e "código de bloqueio" para imprimir nesta impressora, e o driver PDF da OpenPrinting suporta todos esses recursos:

Quandoclicoem"Registro de trabalhos" para definir essas opções, nada acontece. O URL na barra de endereço é atualizado, mas a própria página não muda, por isso não posso definir as opções. Isso acontece independentemente do navegador que eu uso. A tela de opções deve ter essa aparência (emprestada de este link , já que o meu não funciona):
