Xconfig xrandr badmatch

Recentemente, eu instalei meu sistema operacional com o mínimo, mas recebi um erro inesperado ao definir a resolução do meu monitor. parece um problema muito antigo, mas desta vez há algo mais (eu acho).

  1. para instalar o ambiente de área de trabalho: apt-get update , apt-get install xorg-core xserver-xorg-core gnome-core gdm3
  2. para instalar griver apt-get install build-essential nvidia-kernel-common linux-headers-$(uname -r) , ./NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-304.64.run passos acima parece que todas as coisas estão no caminho certo.

  3. para definir a resolução: cvt 1440 900 , xrandr --newmode xxx , xrandr --addmode VGA-0 xxx

então recebi esse erro:

Eu não sei de que informações você precisa, e apenas liste algumas

modelo de placa gráfica: nvidia gt630.

tamanho da memória da placa gráfica: 512M ddr5.

monitor: phlips 190cw (1440x900, funciona bem no windows). esta é minhas configurações no windows (eu não instalei o driver do monitor e windows apenas reconhecê-lo como 190g6 )

Tentei forçar a resolução para 1440x900 usando nvidia-settings , após a reinicialização, a resolução foi alterada para 1440X1024 (nvidia-settings adicionou uma linha ao xorg.conf Option "metamodes" "1440x1024 +0+0" ). tela se torna rolável no horizonte assim:

Eu também tentei extrair edid.bin (usando nvidia-settings) e adicionar Option "CustomEDID" "DFP-1:/etc/X11/edid.bin" at Section "Device" ao xorg.conf. graças ao incrível post Fixing Ugly DVI/HDMI Displays due to EDID bugs on nVidia drivers , mas infelizmente também não funciona.

Eu tive esse problema "BadMatch":

 X Error of failed request:  BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes)
   Major opcode of failed request:  140 (RANDR)
   Minor opcode of failed request:  18 (RRAddOutputMode)
   Serial number of failed request:  27
   Current serial number in output stream:  28

E resolvi isso editando xorg.conf manualmente. Adicione ou corrija esta linha nesta seção do monitor:

HorizSync  30-82
VertRefresh  56-76

Salve, reinicie e voila. A resolução está ok. Eu supus que o problema estava lá porque eu usei um adaptador D-sub para DVI. A tela tinha um conector D-Sub, enquanto a placa era DVI. O problema estava apenas no driver nVidia de código fechado; Nouveau estava bem.

Método 1 - Limpar o xorg.conf

Tente remover /etc/X11/xorg.conf , reinicie sua x window e tente definir a resolução com nvidia-settings novamente. Normalmente, a detecção automática funciona perfeitamente com o cabo DVI. Mas não consigo encontrar a especificação do monitor on-line, portanto, não tenho certeza se ela possui um conector DVI.

Método 2 - linha de modos xorg.org

Tente adicionar a linha Modos na seção Tela

Eu adicionei Opção "ModeValidation" "NoDFPNativeResolutionCheck, NoVirtualSizeCheck, NoMaxPClkCheck, NoHorizSyncCheck, NoVertRefreshCheck, NoWidthAlignmentCheck" para o meu arquivo Xorg.conf.

Funciona bem para mim.
