Instalando o pacote Python com o pip - “Tornado requer um módulo SSL atualizado”.

Estou tentando instalar o pacote Tornado Python com pip, mas recebo esse erro. Eu tentei atualizar o Python de 2.7.7 para 2.7.14, mas ainda recebo o erro. Eu tentei pip install --upgrade pip também.

O pip está usando a versão errada do Python?

Corrigido pela instalação do pip novamente

lx@LX ~/Downloads $ sudo python get-pip.py
