consertar bad block no ssd na partição EFI

Estou tendo problemas com meu SSD.

Eu tive arquivos corrompidos e me registrando no Ubuntu Gnome demora mais do que deveria.

Eu tenho pelo menos um bloqueio ruim que requer tratamento manual, então tentei seguir as instruções aqui: link

No entanto, o meu bloco ruim está no Sistema EFI (partição vfat) para o qual as instruções acima não funcionam. Alguém pode me ajudar, como lidar com esse problema? Devo obter uma nova unidade SSD? Obrigada!
