Extraindo dados da tabela do arquivo de texto com espaçamento irregular

Obtendo o arquivo de texto de um PDF usando pdftotext . Usando o comando AWK estou recebendo os dados acima.
Os dados da tabela são separados por espaços desigualmente. Remova as linhas que são a linha inteira em maiúsculas

pdftotext -layout INPUTFILE.pdf INPUTFILE.txt
awk '/RESULTS/{flag=1;next}/OTHER DATA/{flag=0}flag' INPUTFILE.txt | column -ts $'\t' -n

Como obtenho os dados da tabela no formato delimitado por tabulações ( Abaixo do Formato )?
Código de forma genérica, por isso funciona outros tipos de tabelas também.
