Como posso criar um novo volume lógico ou partição de 3 GB no sistema abaixo?

Eu tentei muitas vezes, mas sem sucesso ...

Não há cd ao vivo fornecido como este para um exame.

Eu tentei muitas vezes e recebi o mesmo erro ao tentar criar uma partição de 3 GB em / dev / sda2.

Existem os registros e as capturas de tela mostrando a mensagem de erro durante a reinicialização.

Na verdade, não preciso de uma partição de 3 GB, mas de um volume lógico de 3 GB.

Como posso criar esse volume lógico de 3 GB no grupo de volume devido à falta de espaço livre?

Em primeiro lugar, a seguinte linha está errada:

fdisk /dev/sda2 

/ dev / sda2 é uma partição, não um disco inteiro. Você deve passar / dev / sda como entrada para o fdisk e manipular a partição primária 2 dentro do fdisk.

Apenas note que você é sda2 29.5G e contém partições lógicas que somam de 2 + 22.7 + 4.9 = ~ 29.5G, então sda2 parece cheio. Para adicionar uma partição de 3 GB, você precisará usar espaço não alocado em HD, ou para redimensionar o sda2 (o que você não pode fazer com o fdisk)

Você precisa de lvcreate para criar um novo LV, não fdisk . Mas, claro, você precisa de espaço livre no VG que você não tem atualmente.

O problema de inicialização pode resultar do initrd não conter os módulos necessários para o LVM.
