Eu tenho 8Gb de 4 * 4Gb sticks. Eu instalei alguns novos cartões de memória para atualizar para o host para 4 * 8Gb. No entanto, ainda tenho apenas 16 GB disponíveis (com 32 GB físicos instalados). Seja qual for a configuração, o Linux parece ver apenas metade da memória RAM instalada.
Não há problemas de hardware (a memória foi testada em outras duas máquinas)

Então, por que o Linux (ou qualquer outro sistema operacional como o BSD e assim por diante) detecta / ativa apenas 16 GB? Como posso usar o RAM completo?
