Ubuntu 17.04 (versão Gnome) versão de 64 bits mostrando apenas 3.3GB de RAM de 4GB

Estou usando o Ubuntu 17.04 (Gnome) versão de 64 bits no notebook HP-15. Mas eu estou recebendo apenas 3,3 GB de RAM de 4 GB. Quando eu estava no Windows, eu estava recebendo 3,9 GB. Eu pesquisei, mas a maioria dos links disse que um deles instalou a versão de 32 bits, mas esse não é o caso para mim.
