Não é possível conectar-se à VM do Mac usando o FileZilla

Question

No meu Mac, eu crio uma VM (CentOS) via VMware Fusion. Eu quero usar o FileZilla para carregar dados do Mac para a VM como o WinSCP.

Eu uso o ifconfig get ip da VM: 192.168.220.128

Eu ping o ip no meu Mac Terminal, está tudo bem:

Mas não consigo me conectar à VM usando o FileZilla do meu Mac. Eu testei a 20 , 21 , 14147 port.

Na minha VM, eu uso o telnet para testar a 21 port. Posso me conectar ao ip.

E eu uso o ps aux para consultar o vsftpd se estiver em execução, ele mostra o status de execução:

[root@localhost src]# ps aux | grep vsftpd

Eu uso o netstat verificar a 21 port, é vsftpd listen.
