Eu recomendo usar cpanm
para instalar perl
modules.
Para instalar o cpanm
:
sudo cpan App::cpanminus
Em seguida, instale Crypt::OpenSSL::EC
:
sudo cpanm Crypt::OpenSSL::EC
Tentando instalar o Crypt :: OpenSSL :: EC usando o cpan, o seguinte resultado:
$ cpan install Crypt::OpenSSL::EC

Via the module's issue queue rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=104000 indicates that patching the module (or perhaps building a not-RedHat version of OpenSSL) might be the way to go. – thrig 4 hours ago
A resposta em comentários thrig resolveu o problema, vi este bilhete antes e verifiquei se o meu openssl foi compilado com essa opção, mas a saída de: "openssl version -a" não foi mostrada. Depois de horas de teste, tentei este patch.
