Estou usando o OS X El Capitan, conectando-me ao Ubuntu 16.04.1 LTS via ssh , usando oh my zsh no servidor. Bem, isso é o que acontece:

➜ dir
Quando aguardo alguns segundos após o pipe, o comando grep funciona. Se eu digitar rápido, ele diz que o comando não foi encontrado.
