Por que o Steam não consegue conectar a Steam-Network?

Remover appcache não ajudou até agora.

A remoção do appcache ajudou-me até que uma nova versão do Steam fosse lançada, o que parece ter sido corrigido.

Você pode remover o appcache via terminal

rm -Rf ~/.steam/steam/appcache

Não faça isso com o sudo.

Eu consegui reproduzir isso com perfeita conectividade de rede quando o vapor é fechado inesperadamente. A solução no meu caso foi remover:

.local/share/Steam/config

Esta solução funcionou para mim e não me forçou a reinstalar nenhum jogo, apenas para fazer login novamente

Acho que, no meu caso, os servidores do Steam Auth estavam sobrecarregados / inativos. Não há muito que possa ser feito sobre isso; Eu recomendo verificar o Reddit para ver se alguma discussão recente menciona uma interrupção: link
