Falha na atualização 14.04 server version 3.13.0-39

Eu tentei atualizar meu servidor 14.04 usando dist-upgrade . Infelizmente a atualização falhou e depois de algum manual mexer-me com pacotes quebrados eu estou meio fora de ideias.

Eu já tentei limpar manualmente todos os 3.13.0-39 pacotes em /var/lib/dpkg/info/ e /var/lib/dpkg/status porque nenhum meio de limpeza / desinstalação automática funcionaria. Depois disso, tentei instalar novamente, mas infelizmente ele falha com o mesmo erro de antes:

Esta é a saída quando eu tentei instalar o linux-generic . Eu também já desmarquei meus /boot de kernels antigos e aqui está uma saída de df -h :

Acabei de consertar. Por algum motivo desconhecido, meu /var/tmp não existia e meu TMPDIR env não foi definido. Isso levou ao initramfs a criar o arquivo mkinitramfs-FW_XXXXXX em /tmp , mas mktemp ainda procurou por /var/tmp . Eu recrutei /var/tmp e coloquei TMPDIR e funcionou como um encanto =)
