apt-get instala o erro de origem do kernel

Seu servidor Microsoft ISA está bloqueando o acesso aos .gz packages.

  

A solicitação foi rejeitada pelo filtro HTTP. Entre em contato com o seu ISA Server   administrador.

Se você não estiver administrando a rede, deverá informar isso ao administrador para que o servidor permita esse tráfego.
