É possível gravar a reprodução de áudio em um laptop Ubuntu 16.04? Quero dizer, parte do áudio de um arquivo de vídeo ou tocando música.

Eu tentei

A saída foi apenas um arquivo em branco (do tamanho escolhido) com algum ruído aleatório. Nada foi gravado a partir da música streaming: (
