Isso só acontece uma ou duas vezes por semana. Quando eu inserir o meu HTC E9 Ubuntu irá congelar. Desligar e ligar o computador e conectar o USB normalmente resolve o problema.

(acho que começou a acontecer depois de uma atualização recente do Ubuntu.)
A tem o mesmo problema. Quando eu conecto o USB do meu HTC One M8 para o Ubuntu, ele congela. Nenhuma resposta do mouse, nenhuma resposta do teclado. Tudo começou cerca de duas semanas atrás. Funcionou bem por dois anos antes disso.
Solução parcial: Quando o sistema é iniciado com o telefone já conectado, ele começa ok e o cartão SD do telefone pode ser acessado normalmente.

Meu telefone foi atualizado para o Android 6.0.1. O notebook ainda está no Ubuntu 14.04
Hoje, conectou o telefone ao Notebook para verificar se o problema ainda está ativo. O notebook não congela mais.
