Qual tabela de códigos pci devo usar?

Eu fiz o download do link do último arquivo pci.id e atualizei meu / usr / share /misc/pci.ids com ele.

Não há problema em usar uma versão atualizada de pci.ids , ele é usado exclusivamente para exibir um texto legível em vez de um número para lspci .

Conforme descrito na página de manual do lspci:

  

/usr/share/misc/pci.ids
  Uma lista de todos os IDs PCI conhecidos (fornecedores, dispositivos, classes e subclasses). Mantido no link , use o utilitário update-pciids para baixar a versão mais recente.
