Estou usando o Ubuntu versão 17.04. Como posso remover esse erro?
Você não precisa criar a biblioteca HDF4 a partir do código-fonte no Ubuntu. Você pode simplesmente instalá-lo e seus arquivos de desenvolvimento a partir do pacote libhdf4-dev .
Além disso, você também pode instalar um módulo Python para HDF 5 dos pacotes python-h5py (Python 2.7) ou python3-h5py (Python 3).
