Como atualizar para o HWE 12.04.5?

Meu sistema: o novo Dell OptiPlex XE2 com 12.04 pré-instalado pela Dell.

Eu apliquei todas as atualizações de segurança por meio do gerenciador de atualização. Agora o Gerenciador de Atualizações me diz isso:

Como faço para corrigir isso e atualizar meu sistema para o último 12.04.5?

Você tem as atualizações de segurança ativadas, mas não as atualizações regulares.

Certifique-se de ativar atualizações precisas em suas fontes de software, conforme explicado em esta página da wiki .

1. Como esta é uma instalação nova, você deve pelo menos atualizar e atualizar os pacotes locais, se ainda não tiver feito isso:

   sudo apt-get update
   sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
   

2. Para instalar a pilha HWE do Ubuntu Precise:

   sudo apt-get install --install-recommends linux-generic-lts-trusty
