Não é possível instalar um novo software: problemas de dependência

Eu recebi esse erro ao instalar o PyCharm e o software de inicialização não pode ser instalado. Eu deixei assim. Mas agora não consigo instalar nenhum novo software por causa de dependências quebradas.

Experimente estes comandos

sudo apt-get clean
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install -f
sudo dpkg -a --configure
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
