Este é basicamente o conjunto de instruções para que o 3090 funcione corretamente. Eu tive alguns problemas com eles em 64 bits, mas essas instruções agora parecem funcionar em todos os casos. Talvez seja necessário remover e reinstalar o pacote em atualizações do kernel, portanto, certifique-se de executá-lo em uma conexão com fio.
Tente adicionar este PPA para o driver Ralink 3090 ao seu sistema.
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:markus-tisoft/rt3090
