O truque é remover os pacotes antigos primeiro e definir o ambiente correto ao criar os novos pacotes.
Eu segui as instruções conforme descrito em uma pergunta anterior.
Estou recebendo o seguinte erro mesmo ao reinicializar o dispositivo novamente ...
