No meu caso, o acesso a um arquivo específico do espelho padrão / atual era muito lento.

Eu testei um grupo de espelhos e usei o que foi rápido e funcionou.
quando eu uso este comando sudo do-release-upgrade eu sempre recebo o erro que é dado abaixo
