Parece que você está perdendo as primeiras linhas do seu arquivo /etc/apt/sources.list. Coloque-os manualmente no início do seu arquivo:

Eu sei que isso parece um pouco engraçado, mas eu diria que é isso que está faltando no seu arquivo. Copie e cole-os na parte superior de /etc/apt/sources.list e execute sudo apt-get update e, em seguida, tente instalar.
