Parece que udev não está totalmente instalado ou tem um erro no pacote.

Usar sudo dpkg --configure -a deve tentar corrigir o problema.

Se isso não funcionar, encontre o pacote udev em /var/cache/apt/archives/udev... e use-o .deb em dpkg -i --force-all /var/cache/apt/archives/udev... que será para a instalação do udev e deve resolver o problema que você está tendo.
