Eu tentei instalar o libcurl mas recebo o seguinte erro:

Eu consertei agora com apitude

sudo apt-get install aptitude

Então faça:

sudo aptitude install libcurl4-gnutls-dev

Eu selecionei o downgrade da lib e agora tudo funciona.
