Erros ao tentar reiniciar o Apache

Ao tentar reiniciar o Apache (com: service apache2 restart ), recebo o seguinte erro:

/usr/sbin/apache2ctl: 87: ulimit: error setting limit (Operation not permitted)
apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName

Quando tento reiniciar com outro comando ( sudo /etc/init.d/apache2 restart ), recebo o seguinte erro:

* Restarting web server apache2                                      
apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified
domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName  ... waiting apache2:
Could not reliably determine the server's fully qualified domain name,
using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName

Eu já havia editado etc/apache2/httpd.conf com:

ServerName localhost

Para resolver a questão acima, mas parece que não funcionou.

Alguém pode me ajudar com isso?

Eu vou ser ridicularizado do planeta. Eu estava recebendo esse erro também; Eu tinha esquecido o sudo todo importante de sudo service apache2 restart
