Eu tenho um problema com o meu Ubuntu 11.10, o problema é descrito no seguinte link: Ícone do disco rígido desaparece após a montagem
Depois de cavar e cavar, encontrei o problema. É um problema com a partição ext4, porque sou capaz de montar minhas partições NTFS sem nenhum problema.
Aqui estão os detalhes.

A minha pergunta é como montar o ext4 da mesma forma que o NTFS?

After digging and digging I found the answer. It is due to "take ownership of filesystem" option in palimset(Disk utility). If you set that option while formatting any of the partition(ext4/ext3) you cannot write/read it under different user.
