Eu não encontrei uma solução e vou assumir que isso é um problema de hardware.
Eu adicionei recentemente uma placa combo Atheros AR9002wb-1ng WiFi ao meu laptop HP Pavilion Dv6325us. Eu tive que modificar meu BIOS para fazer o WiFi funcionar, mas o Bluetooth não está funcionando. Não é nem detectado.
