Minha máquina está rodando o Xubuntu Xenial. Eu instalei recentemente o Audacity no centro de software. Ele instalou e funcionou bem. No entanto, na próxima atualização da máquina, tive problemas com dependências não atendidas.
Não consigo adicionar / remover nada. Meu entendimento é que eu preciso ter a versão libqtcore: 4: 4.8.7 + dfsg-5ubuntu2 instalada, mas o APT está se recusando a instalá-la. Então parece que algo malvado está acontecendo com o arquivo 'Trolltech.conf', mas não sei o que.
O que aconteceu e como posso corrigir isso?

Faça como a GTRONICK diz, mas também certifique-se de eliminar a audácia sudo apt purge audacity antes de você sudo apt upgrade e reinstalar via linha de comando.
sudo apt install audacity .
Se os problemas persistirem, você pode querer considerar uma alternativa à audácia. Audour e Ocenaudio são decentes.
