Como posso ativar a entrada de caracteres chineses no Kubuntu 16.10 no Plasma 5.8?
Eu encontrei este answer mas parece bastante antigo .
Eu posso ativar a entrada de caracteres chineses no Xubuntu 16.10 facilmente instalando ibus-pinyin e selecionando opções chinesas no Método de Entrada (não tenho opções de idioma no meu Kubuntu):
sudo apt-get install ibus-pinyin
Mas como posso fazer isso no Kubuntu?
Eu tenho esta mensagem no meu Kubuntu quando eu inicio o método de entrada :

The override rule is defined in /etc/default/im-config.
The configuration set by im-config is activated by re-starting X.
Explicit selection is not required to enable the automatic configuration, if the active one is default/auto/cjkv/missing.

Não consigo encontrar o Suporte a Idiomas no meu kubuntu 16.10 também! porque?
