Display não está funcionando corretamente

Question

Eu tenho o Toshiba 16 "laptop com o Kubuntu 12.04 instalado nele. Estou tendo alguns problemas de exibição como ele fica borrado ao carregar o Plymouth e o cursor do mouse pisca o tempo todo.

Esta é a saída do comando xrandr -q :
