Algo que eu sempre tento fazer sempre que eu estou atualizando os pacotes do Ubuntu 12.04 é ter certeza de que vou baixá-los do servidor / mirror mais próximo / melhor.

1. Comece lançando o centro de software.

2. Selecione editar na barra de menus e selecione Fontes de software. ..

3. Clique na seta suspensa para as opções Fazer o download de.

4. Escolha outro.

5. Clique em "Selecionar o melhor servidor".

6. O centro de software agora realizará uma série de testes para encontrar o melhor espelho para sua localização.

Olhando no link , parece que o espelho do Bangladesh não foi atualizado com pacotes precisos ainda. Você pode querer selecionar um espelho próximo diferente (a Índia vem à minha mente) ou registrar um bug sobre ele.

O erro que você tem é porque o link foi removido. Isso pode ser temporário ou o servidor pode não estar funcionando corretamente ou em manutenção (no seu caso, os arquivos de pacote não foram carregados no servidor)
Para resolver isso, tente alterar sua fonte de download (isso pode ou não funcionar dependendo do servidor)
open software sources
clique na guia ubuntu software
em seguida, em Download from , escolha outro e clique em select best server
Depois disso, as fontes de software serão atualizadas automaticamente.
